I can help you to understand and diminish the physical, psychological and emotional effects of your trauma, explore the relationship you have with yourself and others, disect the past and take the power out of the memories. I can share with you over 20 years worth of practical tools and knowledge, as well as fully emotionally processing your memories to help remove limitations and blockages, so that you can move forward, achieve your dreams, live a life that authentically reflects your deepest desires, values, needs and wants and more importantly, do so with internal peace.
What does therapy involve?
Our work together begins with a full assessment, history, lifeline creation and trauma interviews, diagnostic tools checking levels of depression, anxiety and PTSD. I provide psychoeducation throughout, safety and stabilisation techniques, emotional regulation work and then onto trauma memory processing and somatic work, accompanied. I also use a cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES), a device proven to reduce anxiety, depression, pain and insomnia. I'm qualified in a range of treatments.
